En av dem är Filip Forman, född 2002, som anses som en av Tjeckiens största talanger. När de bekräftade stängningen i Tjeckien så var beslutet enkelt. – Mer eller mindre för att situationen i Sveriges var den mest välkomnande, sett till coronaviruset, säger Forman till bloggen.

Hans val föll på FBC Kalmarsund, laget från sydöstra Sveriges som slutade på en fjärdeplats förra året. – Jag var definitivt i kontakt med mer klubbar från Sverige, men Kalmarsund var de enda som erbjöd möjligheten att slåss om en plats till SSL-laget.

Forman och hans lagkamrat från Bohemians, Jan Malic, spelade en match samma dag som de kom när Kalmarsund med deras JAS-lag mötte Hovshaga/Gransholm.  De förlorade matchen med 5-2. – Med resan hela vägen och en vecka utan att hålla i klubban, var det väldigt svårt ett tag. Jag spelade inte min bästa match, men jag gav allt.

Om du skulle jämföra Sveriges ”JAS” med juniorligan i Tjeckien, hur skulle det låta? – Jag skulle säga att den är väl jämförbar med Tjeckiens högsta juniorliga, spelarna är i samma ålder och jag skulle säga att kvalitén går att jämföra.

Forman har mött Sverige med U19-landslaget, men även Svenska lag med Bohemians i olika cuper. Han tycker att man kan se vissa olikheter bland de unga spelarna. – Jag tror den stora skillnaden är mentaliteten. Svenska spelare är mer passionerade till sporten och skulle kunna dö för att vinna till skillnad från Tjeckien där det existerar mindre när det kommer till matcher. Så jag tror det handlar mer om springa och fysiska egenskaper än i Tjeckien, där mer spelas på taktiken och tekniken på individuella spelare.

I Sverige har vi också en större spridning på Coronaviruset just nu, om säsongen fortsätter och matcherna kommer spelas, vad hoppas du lära dig och utveckla i ditt eget spel? – Jag vill definitivt hitta en högre nivå och fart i mitt spel i alla lägen. Jag tror inte det kommer handla om att lära sig nya saker, utan att förbättra och snabba upp det vi redan kan. 

Alexander Brinkmann, en av två tränare i FBC Kalmarsund säger såhär om sin nya spelare: 

Filip är en spelare med teknik, spelförståelse och koordination som grundläggande egenskaper för att vara SSL-klass redan vid 18 års ålder. Han är också hjälpt av att ha haft en av världens bästa tränare sedan barnsben och spelat ett liknande spelsystem som FBC Kalmarsund redan i Bohemians. För oss kommer han erbjuda ett offensivt poänghot med såväl bra passningar som avslut. Han lyckas också kombinera de med ett bra försvars- och duellspel samt är fantastisk på att ge sig själv tid. Det finns inga begränsningar på hur bra han kan bli!

On of them are Filip Forman, born in 2002, that is considered as one of the biggest talents in Czech Republic. When they confirmed the shoutdown in Czech, the decision was easy. – More or less yes because the situation in Sweden was the most welcoming thanks to the corona virus, Forman tells the blog.

His decision fell on FBC Kalmarsund, the team from the southeast Sweden that ended up on a fourth place last year. – I certainly was in contact with more clubs from Sweden, but Kalmarsund was the only one that offered the opportunity to fight its way into the SSL team.

Forman and his teammate from Bohemians, Jan Malic, played a game same day as they arrived when Kalmarsund with their JAS-team faced Hovshaga/Gransholm. They lost the games with 5-2. – The travel all the way and a week of not sticking the stick, it was very hard for a while. I was looking for I did not play the very best match but I put it all into it.

If you compare Swedens ”JAS” with the juniorleauge in Czech Republic, how would that sound? – I think it is well comparable to the Czech highest junior league the players are just as old and I would say the quality to compare.

Forman has faced Sweden with the U19-national team and also Swedish teams with Bohemians in different cups. He thinks that you can see some differentness among the young players. – I think it’s the overall mentality Swedish players are more passionate about the game and I think they would die on it to win, unlike in the Czech Republic, this feature occurs less when it comes to the game. So I think it’s much more about running and physical skills than in the Czech Republic where more is played on the tact and technique of individual players.

In Sweden we also have a higher spread on the Coronavirus right know, but if the season will be continued and the games will blev played, what do you hope to learn and develop in your own game? – I definitely want to move my game to a higher level of speed in all aspects. I think it will not be much about learning new things but about improving and accelerating what we already know.

Alexander Brinkmann, one of two coaches in FBC Kalmarsund, says this about his new player: 

Filip is a player with technique, a understanding of the game and coordination as basic qualities to be SSL-quality by the age of 18. He is also helped by having had on of the best trainer in the world since he was young and played a similiar system as Kalmarsund, already in Bohemians. For us he will offer a offensive threat with both good passes and finishes. He also manages to combine it with a good defense and dueling game and is great to create time for himself. There is no limits how good he can become!
